Can I use FTP to upload my files?
You cannot use FTP to upload your web site. Instead you must use our File Manager.
You have the option to upload your entire site in seconds using our Zip extraction feature. This feature allows you to upload a zip file that contains your entire site or portions of it. First zip your site using WinZip. Then the system will extract this zip file into your directory. By utilizing this feature it makes uploading faster than FTP, because you are only uploading one file that is compressed in size.
